Find the support you need to make positive change in your life

 

I understand that finding the motivation to make positive changes in your life can be very difficult. For many of my clients, simply making the decision to start therapy has been the catalyst that set them on the path towards personal growth and healing. My role as your therapist is not to uncover this path for you, but to guide and support you on your way to self-discovery, to discerning who you really are, who you want to be, and how to get there.

To achieve this, I create an open, judgment-free space for you to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you may hide from yourself and the world. This may include traumatic childhood experiences, difficult life transitions, relationship and career challenges, depression, anxiety, loss, and addictions to problematic substances and behaviors.

My goal is to help you understand the factors underlying these issues and empower you to address them. To do so, I employ a holistic approach, drawing from my extensive training working with adolescents and adults while employing a variety of treatment modalities to fit each individual's needs.
